About this website
This website describes Pack Haven Pet Care and PackHaven software. Information here is provided in good faith and may change as services launch. Nothing on this site is an offer of a service in a location where it is not yet available.
Pet-care services
Pack Haven Pet Care is an in-home pet-care service offered in select areas of the Phoenix metro, Arizona. Pet-care work is delivered under a separate service agreement covering scheduling, access, care and medication instructions, cancellations, emergency authority and liability. That agreement takes precedence over this page.
Planned services
Features or services described as planned or coming later — including dog daycare and boarding at a future Pack Haven destination — are not currently available and are not being sold or booked.
PackHaven pilot participation
The PackHaven software pilot is open to independent pet-care businesses across the United States, not only in Arizona. Participation is by invitation, limited in number and may be changed or ended. The pilot lasts 60 days from the participating business's pilot start date. At the end, the business may continue under the service and paid terms available at that time, or end its participation; participation does not guarantee continued free access after the pilot. During the pilot, live card payments, deposits and refunds, SMS and push notifications are not provided, and taxes are configured or estimated manually rather than calculated automatically by a tax engine. Participants remain responsible for their own billing, tax obligations and customer communications. Pilot participants also agree to the separate PackHaven Pilot Agreement, which takes precedence over this summary. Because participants may be located in different U.S. states, we may add state-specific terms where the law requires them.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse this website or the platform: no attempts to access other businesses' data, no interference with service operation, and no unlawful use.
Your content and data
Businesses and clients retain rights to the records they provide. We use them to operate the service as described in the privacy notice.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, this website is provided without warranties. Service-specific liability is set out in the relevant pet-care or platform agreement.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. This does not take away any rights or protections you have under laws that apply to you and cannot be waived by agreement, including consumer-protection or other mandatory laws of the state where you or your business are located.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as services launch. Changes will be posted here with a new effective date.
