Who we are
This website, Pack Haven Pet Care services and PackHaven software are operated by Pack Haven Pet Care LLC, an Arizona limited liability company ("Pack Haven", "we", "us").
Legal
Privacy
A plain-language summary of how we handle information. It is written to be easy to read, not as a substitute for legal advice.
Effective date: September 28, 2026
Information we collect
If you contact us or apply for the PackHaven pilot, we collect the details you choose to submit, such as your name, email address, phone number, business name and location, the topic of your inquiry and your message. We do not ask for payment details on this website.
How we use it
We use your information only to respond to your inquiry and to discuss pet-care services, PackHaven software or the pilot program with you. We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for unrelated marketing.
Pet-care records
When you become a pet-care client, we keep the records needed to care for your pet safely: contacts, veterinary details, care and medication instructions, visit records, notes and service proof.
Business data in PackHaven
For businesses using PackHaven, data is separated per business tenant. A business controls its own customer, pet, staff and operational records, and those records are not shared with other businesses on the platform.
Sharing
We share information only where it is necessary to deliver the service (for example, with the caregiver assigned to your pet or a veterinary practice in an emergency) or where the law requires it.
Retention
We keep records for as long as needed to provide the service and to meet legal, insurance and compliance obligations, then remove them.
Your choices and state privacy rights
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask for corrections, or ask us to delete information we are not required to keep. Depending on where you live, the privacy laws of your state may give you additional rights; nothing in this notice limits them. Send privacy requests to help@packhavenpetcare.com.
Changes to this notice
We will update this page as Pack Haven grows and as services launch. Material changes will be reflected here with a new effective date.
